Of course it is inconvenient if you have not received an iTunes Gift Card code despite ordering it. This might have been caused by different reasons. In some cases, it takes a while before payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, your iTunes Code is sent to you immediately, after all. You might also have entered an incorrect e-mail address when placing the order, or the order confirmation might have ended up in the undesired mail folder.

If you cannot find the message, you can always enter your e-mail address on the resend form. Then, the order confirmation of your order is resent to the e-mail address entered by you. If this does not work, you can contact us using the contact form.
